The 2013 CrossFit Open


The start of the New Year also represents the start of the CrossFit season.  Many of you may think that this does not apply to you and you couldn't be more wrong.  Contrary to popular belief, the Open is for absolutely everyone, regardless of your athletic ability.  You do not have to be a firebreather in the gym to benefit and have fun during this event.  This year, the Open will consist of five workouts performed on Saturday's over a 5 week period.  If you have never experienced it, the energy in the gym during these workouts is like nothing you will ever see.  It will easily give you the chills and elevate your performance to the next level.  Every year we see people pass up on the opportunity to compete only to regret it after seeing what they are missing.  We will have an informational meeting on Saturday, January 19th at 12:00PM to answer any and all of your questions.  We encourage everyone in the gym to come to this meeting to learn more about the Open and what it means for you.
