Bridgeport Barbell Club



We would like to introduce the BBC, no not the English television channel, the Bridgeport Barball Club. When you CrossFit, it is easy to fall in love with the metcon. Far too many people fall in this trap and forget how important it is to simultaneously improve their strength. Increasing your strength will maximize your potential in every workout and will help you obtain all if your goals in a shorter time, whether that be weight loss, gymnastic performance, etc. There are virtually no disadvantages. If you are new to the weight room, fear not. There are several methods that you can follow and our trained coaches are there to help. Whether it is your first time or thousandth time, we can show you exercises to improve your performance and appearance. Do not be intimidated or afraid, once you walk through the door, you will be surprised at how quickly you become addicted. BBC is the most effective way to improve all if your lifts and Olympic movements.

 If you are unsure of which method to follow or if you are new to this class, there will be a strength component, which will be the focus for the class. Every class it will be different.

For those of you who have been consistent with our Westside Programming, do not fear this will continue. Coach Paul is at the helm and will make sure the conjugate programming is fresh and new!

The Bridgeport Barbell Club will meet at 7:30PM on Monday and Friday, 6:30PM on Thursday and 11:00AM every Saturday.
