    Way to stay motivated this morning, and even kick in the turbos the last minute, impressive. If you think this sucks, I remember Laura and I did this at altitude at Pikes Peak CF in Colorado last year. Everything was going fine with breathing until minute 2, then it was like doing burpees in a straightjacket with "hahaha" written across the back.

  19. This is a different Anonymous. Anonymous #2, if you will. If you wanna be a clown, dress up as a clown and do 7 minutes of burpees. Every time your clown nose falls off, it's a penalty - 1 more minute of burpees. Go get your clown suit and show up.
