  3. Today is a perfect day to try out a push up scale that you haven't before. I believe that knee push ups are the least effective scale at moving you towards the Rx. If you want to do legit push-ups, I think a much better scale is using a band or doing them inclined (on boxes or a bench or even wall) Partial range of motion is never good and snaking or quad push ups don't teach your body how to move in The plank position. Maybe good when u have no other options but today there is lots of room for boxes and bands.
