    Nice job today gang, dead lifts looked good for the large majority. Remember if your having trouble with the dead lift pop into one of our barbell strength sessions and figure out what the issue is. Its a lot easier to correct small problems in that environment than when you're going for intensity. Being more efficient through technique is more effective than just muscling through.
