Rings dips can be scaled either with a band (if you have decent stability, but less strength) or just by standing and putting weight on your arms (if you don't have much stability nor strength). Cash outs were sprints by the 5:30 and 6:30 and max plank for the 7:30. Mark topped out at 3:03!
