    nice work everyone! way to keep flat backs and externally rotate those legs on the deads. Warm ups were long b/c as I said, warm ups should be inversely proportional to the workout. Since this was a hard, heavy, intense workout, I needed your bodies primed and ready to roll out of the gate.
