All in favor of a 5:30PM CrossFit Class Thursday and Barbell Strength moving to 6:30PM Thursday evening say, "I"---post to comments.

  11. If barbell strength is at 6:30 pm, I may actually be able to make it! "I"! Additionally, is there any chance that we could have more "open gyms" per month? Like maybe 11 am on Saturday, for example? Just a thought....

  17. Aye. 530 is hard to make, so the 630 option is great for open gym or barbell strength.
