  2. I tried to get up for the 7am class - no go. So I scaled the workout at home in my driveway/garage.
    5 rounds 25DUA/5 banded dips/10 thrusters with 15#db 13:29. still sweating 20min later.

  6. I envy all who did this WOD! I did a 3 min AMFAP...that's short for As Many Franks As Possible...I ate 4 All Beef Franks...one bun. So, I sorta scaled it. -BJ
