  1. SUPER late notice, but Steph and I just found out about it tonight. **Tomorrow at 8am** at Haverford in their gym, Cheryl Haworth (3-time Olympic athlete and Bronze medalist) will be offering a FREE Oly lifting class. GO if you can.

Point of interest...Cheryl is now a CrossFitter!

  4. So, we got 636 last year in this WOD and it was good enough for 10th place. In that performance, we had three people that will not count for us this year (Warnek 117, Dom 103 and Nikki 99). So, it is time for us to let the big dogs off the porch and fight with everything we have to crush this workout. I think to be safe, we need to get 670-700. That is a man at 120, 115 and 110 and a woman at 120, 105 and 100 or better. I truly believe this is possible...now we just need to do it!

  7. someone with a lot of time came up with this sheet that apparently gives you your score if the people that have quit never started...

  9. Jas, if we need 670, then can you just do 650 and then the rest of us do 1-5?
