W.O.D. 3.20.12

The Bear

Perform 5 rounds of 7 cycles of:

Power Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Push Press

Use the 5 rounds to find your max load. There is no time constraint, but do not rest the bar on the ground once you have started a set of 7 cycles. A squat clean and thruster is legit (as well as a back rack thruster).

Love this WOD--excellent effort today, nooner class! Don't forget how I feel about zero. Use it as your special mantra.

Later classes...this WOD is as much a mental game as it is a physical one. Use the force.

Wow, this workout was consistently done the way it was designed. Our pose drills, breathing drills, and intensity levels were right on where I wanted, so YOU get the benefit of the conditioning, Congrats!
