The newest CrossFit babies have arrived!

Congratulations to Drew and his wife, Ford Martin Milligan was born today, 3/27 at 12:26 pm! He weighed 8 lbs. 1 oz.


Congratulations to Jackie and Flounder - Wesley Jay Halpern, was born at 4:38 pm on Saturday 3/24 weighing in at 8 pounds 3 ounces, 21 inches long.
