Start getting excited. This week marks week 1 of the CrossFit Games 2012 season with the kick off of open WOD 1. This week we will host the open WOD on Friday in all classes- (judges will be on hand if you signed up for the open). For every consecutive week after this week the Open WOD will be held on Saturday.

Well the consensus tells us that this is so far the most fierce WOD of 2012. Me? I think this WOD is an ego-checker. Good fight you guys put up sticking with the frustration that comes with a numbers game like this. Elyse- you're a champ after ripping both hands and wanting to finish it up.

ReplyDeleteAs predicted, this workout kicked me square in the bean bag. HARD. I do not think I should pick up a barbell with more than 95 pounds on it again until I can string 20 pullups with ease and I figure out this whole kipping toes to bar thing...one at a time is NOT the answer. Vinny smoked this thing. It was a pleasure to watch. I, on the other hand got smoked by this thing, it was hellish to watch.
