T & P Adventures (Take 2)

Meet and park at Frosty Falls at 9:00AM for an adventure workout with Coaches Tim and Plentus. There are no regular CrossFit classes this weekend, sorry for any inconvenience.

CrossFit Kids class at 2:30 and Steve's Club KoP at 1:30 will occur outdoors. Meet Steph in front of the gym.
