Great work everybody! Way to fight through the HSPUs! Thanks for playing along with the cash out- 400m sprint followed by max kbs. A chance to train the mental game (and do something a little helenesque in preparation for saturdays fun!)
Aimee -I can help before too. Also, my teammate and I need to change our weight and we also didn't put in a team name. Should I tell you now or wait until Saturday?

HSPU proved to be a challenge tonight, but everyone worked through them. If you don't have HSPU yet, start by getting comfortable being upside down, once you get used to that you can work on increasing your efficiency.
Saturday Volunteers - Thank you, it will prove to be an amazing event with you all there!
ReplyDeleteQuick note for the 4:30 class - often I see numerous posts about community, YES, we have an amazing one. I don't get the opportunity to take many group classes but when I do , WOW-what a great experience. I finished that nemesis - "Diane" close to between 6 - 10 minutes after everyone, but what I saw (yes from upside down was that the entire class gathered around me) to provide support and cheering. I couldn't have gotten there with out all the encouragement. Thank you.
I also learned that if you are proficient at strict HSPU, you should also learn to kip!
I am humbled in the presence of this awesome community!
ps. For all the "little mafia" haters out there - John C. had the metal 45# on his bar ---making it #225 - not #155
