Goal Setting Workshop
On Monday September 19th at 7:30PM CrossFit KoP is teaming up with a speaker from Lululemon to offer all members & non members a FREE goal setting workshop. We will be talking about setting goals, WHY you need them, and what types of goals to set for yourself, in life, athletics, CrossFit, and endeavors.
The goal setting program:
Our vision and goal setting training program is based on six core concepts. Your vision defines your ideal life and identifies the goals you'll need to get there. Through goal setting, you get down to the nitty-gritty of what you need to do - and when you need to do it by - to create your ideal life.
Your vision:
provides focus
helps you discover your personal path
it is a tool to create your ideal life
Your goals:
inspire you to do the work
excite and even scare you
are specific, measurable and written in the present tense
What is a goal?
A goal is a written statement with a deadline (or "by when", as we call them here at lululemon). A goal inspires you to do the work and are to create what does not already exist. Your goals should excite and even scare you.
Making it measurable:
Can you measure your goal? If you can’t measure it, it’s not a goal. This can be a challenging part of goal-setting, but there is a way to write each of your biggest, baddest goals so that they are measurable in some way.

I am amazed time and time again at all of the opportunites that are presented to us at CrossFit KOP, all of the ways in which our Box improves and all of the support we get. Thank you again Aimee and Jason for providing us, yet again, another opportunity to be a success and to reach our goals. In record speed, I also see John working to build us the most incredible adult jungle gym that I can't wait to play in! We had a visitor tonight who is a head coach at his affiliate but could not get enough of all of the toys we had for him to try out that he does not have at his box. We are truly lucky at KOP so thank you again for constantly working to make this an amazing place to improve our lives!
