  7. How about this for a September Painstorm?

    For time, complete:

    1 Ground To Overhead @ bodyweight for each year you are old
    (100 - your age)*10 reps double-unders

    For example, a skinny 52-year-old powerlifter would do:
    52 GTOH, 165lb
    480 double-unders

    Partition the work in any way you like.
