    nice work and way to get on that bar/kb/floor to keep moving. This one hits ya like a ton of bricks by round 3 so good perseverance. I liked how the 6:30 class gathered around Sharon as she finished up her swings. That's what makes the CF community so great!

  8. Danny and Chuck also did the past 3 days in a row (max rep backsquats, Lynne, and this) so they are my heroes. But if they come to the gym tomorrow then they're just stupid.
