    First, sick time! Also I saw your comment about crossfit inspire, thats crazy cause I was in sea isle and saw the banner for crossfit inspire to text for times..It was too late by the time I texted to be able to go. Next time we are down the shore we should coordinate to get down there and show them whats up ha :) Good times..

  9. This guy Daniel ran the class and told me they are based out of Malvern. He said they are running classes there on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays during the summer and they may add more. It was $12 or you could pay $100 for 10 classes. We did the wod right there in that little parking lot and he said they were adding pull up bars out there soon.

    Nina, I go down to the shore just about every weekend in the summer. I may try to go this Monday as long as I'm recovered from the tri I'm doing on Saturday. Let me know if you are going to go!

  10. ahh What Triathalon are you doing? I've only done indoor ones unfortunately..but I also won't be down this weekend :(..If I don't get the chance to talk to you again good luck!! Thats sweet though wish I could get down there every weekend haha

  11. I go down to SIC every weekend and I live above the nail salon. I'm not a huge fan of running especially since I have tendonitis in my foot and knee but i'd be willing to pay to hit up some workouts down there over the weekends.
