    30 Double-unders
    15 Power snatches

    The Power snatch loads are as follows:
    Men and Masters Men 45-49, 50-54: 75lbs/35kg
    Women and Masters Women 45-54: 55lbs/25kg
    Masters Men 55-59, 60+: 65lbs/30kg
    Masters Women 55-59, 60+: 45lbs/20kg

  3. For those competing on Sectionals, Donk posted the WOD above. For those not competing, it is not too late to sign up.

    I think I have opted us in for Thursday so those that cannot make it to Del Val on Saturday. We strongly encourage you to try to get to Del Val as competing is fun and a good way to meet new people but if by chance you cannot, we will have time on Thursday for you to do it. If you fall in this category, please let Aimee or I know.

  5. I am an planning on completing the Open Sectional WOD on Thursday. I tried to register as an athlete and was having trouble. I'll try again tonight when I get home. I'm not sure if it's a "work computer sucks" problem, or a crossfit website problem.

    I'll let you know tonight.

  16. BTW--my last comment was by no means intended to be limited to those three..those were just people I think I've spoken to about signing up. If we've talked about it and I didn't mention you--my bad. Consider yourself lucky I didn't call you out ;)

    But really, as Jason said, there's NO reason why everyone shouldn't. i have no idea if i can finish all six WODs, whatever they are, and i was one of the ones who groaned audibly upon seeing DUs showing up in the first WOD--not my strength. but everyone has the opportunity to contribute to our KOP affiliate team making the cut--and that's awesome! they've allegedly extended signups til Monday because of the site issues--so get on there and do it!

    Got your request and approved it. The site is jacked but it seems to be working in some instances. Keep trying those that are trying to register for KoP....again that should be everyone. This is a huge event for our sport and you should want to compete. :) Not too late.
