Back to Basics

Over Head Squat, Push Press, and Med Ball Clean

With the hectic summer schedule coming to a close it's a good time to get back to basics. That means we have scheduled another fundamentals skills session with Jason.

This class is for anyone trying to improve their movement, thereby making them a more efficient CrossFitter. In this one hour class, Jason will review the OHS, PP, and MBC. He will spend approximately 20 minutes on each movement making sure that everyone in the class is performing the movement properly and safely. For each movement, Jason will review proper starting positions, proper finishing positions and all the subtle movements that happen in between.

This is a FREE class, but limited to the first ten people to post to comments.

  5. For those signing up, I highly encourage you to practice by doing wall squats now. Get as close as you can facing the wall and squat, making sure you get full depth. For this week, practice holding a broom handle above your head.
