Great job today Aimee and Jason. Another fine event by Crossfit KOP. Thanks to all the counters for your encouragement.
ReplyDeleteGreat Job today everyone, and a big thank you to all that helped. Thanks Aimee and Jason for hosting!
ReplyDeleteThanks Aimee and Jason for hosting this wonderful event. I had a great time and felt so good afterward I carried Elizabeth (all 36 lbs of her) nearly 1 mile home from the Italian festival. Thanks Plentus for convincing me I could do it and thank you to all who the volunteered your time especially Christine who stayed with me all day!
ReplyDeleteWe cannot stress enough how proud we are of everyone that competed today. We may provide the facility but it is all of you that make CrossFit KoP what it is. On a daily basis you bring enthusiasm and determination into the box and it is extremely contagious. The progress that all of you have made, both physically and mentally, makes every minute in the gym extremely well spent. People that may have been shy to compete not too long along were fighting for every second they could muster and pushing against each other made ALL of you better. There were times achieved today that would not be possible had you been doing them by yourself. You all found a new level and we hope that you stay there! Do not be afraid to unleash your inner beast as you all did today. Thank you so much for attending and participating. We hope that you enjoyed yourself and we hope that you will all be back next year, along with some new faces, next year. We also need to thank our judges...without them, all of this would not be possible. Thank you Cindy for standing in the rain for 2 hours and thank you Christine, Kelly, Katie, Jen, Plentus, Kerry, Jeff, Donkey, Steph, and Mel. You all make this experience so much better. We love being part of your journey and we look forward to continuing along your path to make all of you the most bad ass people in the world. Thank you all so much...you have no idea how proud you make us.
ReplyDeleteCongrats Cate~
ReplyDeletegreat job to all the competitors, a HUGE thanks to the counters, motivators, and judges. All hail, our new Royalty! I believe they will be very benevolent rulers.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun day with just our crew!
Aimee and Jason, you make this a place where people want to be. Thank you for your efforts, encouragement, and huge, huge hearts. I'm sure none of us have any idea how hard you work, because you both make it look so easy.
*funny note for literary geeks: my verification word is "ingsock" (sic) i'll be laughing about that all day
As always, it was an honor to compete with everyone! I was in a daze at the end of that last WOD and if it hadn't been for everyone cheering me on, I would have been able to make it.
ReplyDeleteThank you everyone!
I had a blast yesterday...wish I could've stayed all day. Congrats to everyone who competed. I was not envious of those WOD's! Aimee & Jason, awesome event! Look forward to next year's!
ReplyDeleteTHANK YOU!! ...each and everyone of you, my CrossfitKOP brethren, those in attendance and those unable to attend, those future Crossfitters who see only fun and possibilities.......Awesome!!!
ReplyDeleteWords cannot express how you inspire me and how proud and humbled I am to be in this place at this time and know each of you. It doesn't get any better than this.
Congratulations to the royalty, Cate and John, and their court.....Tood you did look as if you were having an out of body experience at the end...way to muscle through!! See ya at "The Box"
Aimee and Jason,
ReplyDeletethanks for putting on such a well run event. i know you guys put in a lot of hours behind the scenes so that we could all have fun. thank you! I love the t-shirts, too! thanks to christine for being my judge all day, cindy for smiling in the rain, and everyone else who worked to make the day a success!
