Welcome Liam James Marley to the CrossFit KoP family!

Congratulations to Hannah and Tim on the birth of Liam, he joined us Saturday evening, May 29th weighing in at 10 pounds 5 ounces and 23 inches. Mom and baby are healthy, Hannah endured 30+ hours of labor...surely the longest WOD of her life. Tim is thinking future linebacker...and Liam has bypassed the newborn diapers already!

We are super excited for the Marley family and their first baby!

    Just came home from seeing hannah and tim and meeting the little marley man! WOW!! I am gleaming from ear to ear...words cannot describe how BEAUTIFUL that family is! CONGRATS to you hannah and timmy! He is such a handsome babe! I love him so much already!
