The Road to Sectionals...
As many of you know we are hosting the PA/DE/MD CrossFit Sectionals on Saturday March 13th. Due to the competition, CrossFit KoP will have a modified schedule next Friday March 12th and Saturday March 13th.
Friday March 12th - The 6:30PM Class will be CANCELED!
Saturday March 13th - ALL CLASSES will be CANCELED!
Sorry for any inconvenience.
On March 13th the first heat for the Sectional WODs will begin promptly at 9:00AM.
There are 3 workouts planned for the athletes- 2 indoor/ 1 outdoor.
The Event is slated to end at 5:00pm with an awards ceremony/closing.
Registration for spectators is $25.00.
