    Jason and I checked out CrossFit NEPA this morning (for the record, the Lionshead brewery is right next door!! It would make for a good field trip) We also ran into the infamous Jen Blasi...that girl gets around! :)

    Always great to get out in the CF Community and check out some other boxes....
