Fight Gone Bad is on Saturday from 9AM-12PM make sure you have signed up for a time slot or signed up to count for a participating athlete! We will be having a social gathering (aka. party) directly following the 12PM heat, please make a $10 donation if you plan on drinking or BYOB.

Hi Guys! Miss you all!! This looks like a killer WOD (esp for me who does 2 singles inbetween each double!) Question of clarificatioin... are you counting a "stop" as a trip up and/or stop to rest?? I think i may be doign this at the Merck gym today!

wow 8 cindy's..nice thanks for that i was wondering. Aimee said to me after the workout "it's not curves is it" My reply " yeah i didn't have to even shower after curves" I looked like i had taken a shower after today's WOD.
