    Dead Hang Pull Ups
    10R/10L 35# KB Press

    Did not time this part, but moved as fast as I could.

    Did Sit Ups and Back Extensions on my homemade GHD. I scale the ROM on the sit ups to go just below parallel. I need to work up to full ROM on those babys.
