Created my own at home WOD. I think I will call it "Get Your Ass of the Couch While Watching the Eagles".
ReplyDeleteEvery commercial break, 10 Burpies-10 squats-10 pushups-10 situps. I completed 13 rounds. Stopped at halftime for a shower and lunch.
