  1. Just a quick note, I scaled the ladies weight higher on this WOD then they did at the Rocky Mt. Qualifier...It was 105# at the qualifier.

    Lisa- Solid performance, you did awesome today! You make picking up 110# look like a walk in the park! A little more toning and your C2B pull-ups will come :)
