ReplyDeleteI will also do 28 mental burpees as I will not be there tonight. Too much to do at home. See everyone tomorrow.
Just use your index and middle fingers. 1.stand them in an upright position. 2.Next drop them to the table then quickly stand them back up (3). 4.Once at upright position again touch your thumb and pinky finger together to substitute for the clap. repeat steps 1 through 4 until you reach the desired amount of reps.

Tim, can you scale the finger burpees?
ReplyDeleteOf course, Just add a third or fourth finger to the WOD. Added fingers is perfectly fine just be sure focus on full extension at the top and never leave form. Your thumb and pinky must clap on the full extension or the rep does not count. Meet all of these and you will be an expert at finger burpees.
