WOW! just checked mainsite on the way to the journal and 30 m/ups was the WOD.Didn't know that when i did it. I just did it out of laziness.
Jill- nice at home WOD!Doug- I certainly wouldn't say that one does "30 muscle ups out of laziness"...hummm. Good stuff. I loved the supersets for max reps too...I'll keep that one top of mind for the future.
