    bodyweight strength WOD weekend for me (b/c easter candy crippled my ability to do a REAL workout)

    today @ home:
    30 muscle-ups= 6:19
    [max 6 on first set]
    PR by 3:20 vs. 1 AUG 08.

    yesterday:
    supersets for max reps:
    HSPU to pushup=7+25, 7+20, 8+19
    L-pullups to kipping=9+5, 11+6, 10+15?
    Pistols to squats=12+30

  4. WOW! just checked mainsite on the way to the journal and 30 m/ups was the WOD.

    Didn't know that when i did it. I just did it out of laziness.

    Doug- I certainly wouldn't say that one does "30 muscle ups out of laziness"...hummm. Good stuff. I loved the supersets for max reps too...I'll keep that one top of mind for the future.
