-In honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on February, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and one-year old son T.J.

ReplyDeleteGreat video. I like the last piece with the older guy and then Kalista. It really shows the extremes of what is possible and everything in between. There are no limits; only the ones we create in our own minds.

ReplyDeletesomeone needs to be the man that i could not be and rx'd this monster. i really wanted to but 155 was just not getting hang power cleaned yet. give me 6 more months and i will be back.
ReplyDeletejust so everyone knows. when you do your last hang power clean, you can go right into your push jerks if you are strong enough to keep the weight up. if you have to put it down, like i did, you can get it to your chest anyway you want. so you can do a regular power clean (off the floor) and get it up MUCH easier than doing another hang power clean. you will save some energy that way. good luck. i cant wait to see results.
