ReplyDeleteSo many options ("Linda" anyone?) & a whole week yet to miss another one or two, but anyone that's up for some oly lifting, I think I'll be looking for some partners for the full-on, no f'n around 1 RM max snatch, (squat) clean, & C&J for me... with a tidy little 5 minute metcon afterwords.
Sam - despite the words "full-on", "f'n" & "snatch", there is no sexual connatation in the above post, what are you some kinda wierdo?

Dana Rae was looking hard corps on those sit ups at the end of the video. That is so cool. She will be totally psyched when she sees it.
