If anyone is interested for tonight, I am bringing my Body Composition scale. Since we are still at the beginning of the "Kick the Sugar" thing it may be a good time to get some numbers recorded so you can do a comparison at the end.

I saw this workout on the crossfit main page and I was thinking damn that looks like a shitty workout I hope we dont have to do that one soon. So much for that. Aimee cant wait to hear about ur trip!

ReplyDeleteNo Jason, I think I am STILL there trying to do a pull up! I used to think that I could do a decent number of pull ups.....guess again. The bar is set just a little higher now. This WILL improve.
