Sunday at the Movies.

CrossFit KoP is hosting a special Sunday afternoon Movie Event to help you get through the last week of the NO Sugar Contest! We will be showing Super Size ME and Fat Head. All CrosFit KoP members, friends and kids are welcome. Please bring a food or drink creation of your own to share!

    A double quarter pounder with cheese is a perfect 5 block zoned meal. I actually did learn that at my cert. So if you get something, get that.

  6. Tim and I will come, we'll bring veggies and hummus...for those of us that don't eat red meat so that leaves more double quarter pounders for the rest of you!

    Just curious Jason, is the burger a 5 block meal with or without the bread? Since refined white bread is the true root of all evil in our diets...

  8. I'll come over for a little. Is it lame to bring mixed nuts? I see that the Pappas are bringing the veggies and hummus, so I thought nuts would be ok. If not I can bring something else, any ideas?
