ReplyDeleteI think my times are going to go up, now that I'm doing real pull ups, 20 is going to take at least the 3 mins I was able to do the full round in October in!
ReplyDeletePS Aimee - I realized there is a search that works on the blog, & saw my first filthy 50 time was better than the one we did a few weeks ago - the first time I did it chasing you so I was a full 1min faster the first time!

i think this is the hardest workout we have done. i would rather do heavy fran.
