Air Squats and Push Ups
1 Squat/1 Push up
2 Squats/2 Push ups
3 Squats/3 Push ups
4 Squats/4 Push ups
Begin with one rep and continue adding one rep to each movement on every round for as long as you can for 20 Minutes.
