1 Snatch-Grip Deadlift
1 Hang Snatch
1 Overhead Squat
1 Back Squat
1 Behind-the-Neck Jerk
Take 5 attempts to establish a max load. Rest had needed between rounds (3-5 minutes)
The barbell can only touch and go from the ground and may only rest in the hang position or on the shoulders. The heaviest load you're able to use for seven unbroken rounds of the "Complex" is your score.
