What is it that you are truly afraid of? If you look at your biggest fear and really break it down I bet it's something totally different from what you think you're afraid of. Also I have noticed from my own personal experience that when I do something that's on my Fear-List, I end up saying" That's it? That's what I was so afraid of!?"
ReplyDeleteObviously there are some very real and serious situations to aware of, I'm not saying be reckless.. my point is that we stand in the way of ourselves every day and for no ther reason than stay 'safe', but to stay safe from what?
