Team Tabata Challenge 
Teams of 2-4 athletes will complete the following Tabatas- all athletes working at once:
Row for Calories
10m Shuttle Sprints
Burpees
Sit-ups

Team Score is total reps + calories divided by # of team members

Community Notes:
All classes will be held in the Annex today 110 C DeKalb Street. Please meet and park there.  Any CrossFit King of Prussia members can take a FREE class at CrossFit Harmony today at 9:00AM.  There will be NO (preschool) CrossFit Kids class at 10AM today.
