So it's Monday (I know thanks for reminding me, right?). That doesn't mean that it can't be an exceptional day. If you put your energy and focus into how awesome it can be, it will. What do you have to lose? Seriously?? If it works you have a great day. If it doesn't you can be like "told you so".

Please confirm if you are on this list and add yourself if you are not but would like to be. This is for a day trip to VA to see Regionals on Sunday May 25th. I will be renting a 15 passenger van that Tim has graciously volunteered to drive just in case we inbide too much.
Jason, I and Jen would be interested in going if you have room for two. What are the costs? Do we buy tix separately?

ReplyDeleteYou can buy tickets there...at least you were able to every other year. We are buying tickets separately. I do not know how much the van will be. The problem is that most places are closed for a return on Sunday and most places are closed on Monday for the holiday. We may need to rent at the airport but I can't imagine more than 20 bucks a person?

ReplyDeleteFor those of you who don't know there is a structured strength class on Mondays at 6:30p, Tuesdays at 10:30a, and Wednesday at 7am.
ReplyDeleteThe class is a coached strength class. This week we will be doing the following (please note we can adjust program for injuries/ability and for those completing the WOD before or after Structured Strength)
1) Push Jerk + Split Jerk
Warm up to about 70-80% of your max, then EMOM for 5 minutes complete one push jerk and one split jerk
2) Deadlift 3 sets of 5, 3 Sets of 3 and then drop set of 10
3)Bench Press Heavy 5x5
4) Accessory Exercises (as time allows)
Ab roller- 3 sets of 5-10
Ring Rows- 3 sets of 10
