ReplyDeletePam was AMAZING to watch! She kept a steady pace throughout the whole workout and stepped through her burpees coming to the standing position and then jumped over the bar. So efficient!! I was/am in awe. So cool to watch - GREAT JOB PAM!!!
ReplyDeletePam has amazing burpees (and legs and arms according to the chicks hitting on her before her wod :-)

ReplyDeleteI just did as Steph recommended - big sets of thrusters and kept moving on the burpees. I did no rep one burpee! Darn feet got in the way. I strung thrusters at

Plus I had the most uplifting and positive spectators ... ever! Thanks ladies!

Great job to everyone today, a lot of you worked on form and improved a lot, especially on your footwork. I am happy.
Yeah I say do the biggest set you can each round to start. Then split if you have to but don't let yourself go to singles. It's tempting to split into even #s but that's a time trap by your brain. Nothing to do but keep moving on the burpees. Step up to the bar then jump. One other observation. Water can be a crutch. Use it if you need to but it's another mind trap. So try not to get sucked in.
