    Don't even try KTE. You could do them laying down on the ground holding a kettlebell with your good arm. Or, I would just do GHD.

  8. hey dorothy...if the kte hurt do them on the ground holding onto a barbell or kettlebells. That won't tax your shoulder so much and you'll still get the work in your core!

    Boy donkey just cause your leaving doesn't mean you can say dan's PR is worth nothing!!!! :-))))

  10. Gotta give love to the 4:30 people. As soon as people started KTE in round one, it started to POUR and NOT ONE person even hesitated in running out the door. I loved it. Truly awesome. We are CrossFit. Try doing that watching Oprah and riding the elliptical or doing man-aerobics in front of your TV with a man wearing a head piece!
