ReplyDeletePlug for the Donkey Deadlift Clinic . . . since taking the DDC a three months ago I've put 25# on my 5 rep deadlift max.
ReplyDeleteDonk's tweaks to my form have made a tremendous difference the amount of weight I've been able to move, as well as the lack of lower back pain (no stripper DLs) typically associated with deadlifting relatively heavy weights for reps.
