"men in vests"


Death by Pull-up 

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute…… continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed. 

For an added challenge wear a weight vest.

Your score is the total number of minutes completed- which will indicate the amount of pull-ups reached.

 Community Notes:
We will have two modifications to our schedule this week/weekend due to the Mid-Atlantic CrossFit Regional Competition. On Friday 5/4 ONLY our 6:30PM CrossFit class will be canceled, In leiu of that the 7:30PM Westside barbell class will be moved to 6:30PM on Friday 5/4 ONLY. MindBody online has been updated.  There will be NO kids classes this Thursday or Sunday.
