    Nice effort this morning...good form on the squat cleans today, way to keep those elbows up on the way down.

  3. I'm guessing we can't scale to power cleans if we have a range of motion problem, particularly in the wrack position?

  5. 6am is torture, absolute torture. Then pile this WOD on and it makes for a rough morning. I didnt WOD yesterday and missed the strobe light.....had to see the strobe light ASAP and what better way than woding at 6am.

  6. My right shoulder is still a little banged up from 12.3 and I've been taking it easy, but it's time to get back to it. If I try the squat cleans and feel that my shoulder isn't up for the task, any recommendations for a substitute?

  8. I am against a power clean as a scale for clean. Scale weight first. You don't magically get better at squat cleans without actually doing them.
