  4. @Aimee- At about 7:30pm last night there may have been a sighting of Mike P sobbing. I wonder if crying is harder with a weight vest?

    Woooo Whooo, bench mark lady fun! Great intensity from both classes! I'd say the most common cue needed this morning for both ring dips and cleans was "keep in close to the body" This makes a huge difference in both movements! Getting through the muscle fatigue of the ring dips can be frustrating- but you all did awesome!

    Biggest cues of the night? Elbows high, knees out, OPEN THE HIPS! great work tonight, ladies and gentlemen--this is a deceptively tough one. Nice fight on the rings.
