Double unders are coming along now that I got my very own rope!! :) yeah umm the kipping pullups still are a shaking elevator ... Takes two bursts of effort to get my chin above the bar that way.. but something must be getting better since it doesn't take me 10 mins to do 10 toes to bar rx anymore haha but an actual kip is still in the works

Wow, lots of progress on the dubs. Mel S. with her first one ever and then using du's in the wod. Faby, Ben, Vincent Vincent, Shawn, and more with progress on their strung du's. Great stuff! Now keep working on progressing and you'll establish good habits.
i felt ready for round 2 when leaving the 5:30 class... i'm by no means advanced, perfect, or lucky, so my only assumption is that i'm doing something wrong. and in this WOD i think it may have been my form for deadlifts. meh?
