Thanks to the ladies who did the Bryn Mawr Running Club 5K with me. Hanging out with you after the race really cheered me up since I'm having such a terrible week. I am lucky to know such great people from crossfit.

ReplyDeleteYou need to practice delivering the barbell to your rack position and accepting the barbell from overhead like a catcher does a fastball.

haha Jason. When I was doing this, I would think (OK, perfect form), and then go through and the bar would fly up WAYYY too high. Then it would slam down on my chest. Then the next one I wouldn't think "perfect form" and it would barely make it up. Heavy weight sucks (not in a bad way though).
