    You need to practice delivering the barbell to your rack position and accepting the barbell from overhead like a catcher does a fastball.

  7. haha Jason. When I was doing this, I would think (OK, perfect form), and then go through and the bar would fly up WAYYY too high. Then it would slam down on my chest. Then the next one I wouldn't think "perfect form" and it would barely make it up. Heavy weight sucks (not in a bad way though).
