I need to buy a shirt for my friend. How late are people going to be at the box tomorrow?
ReplyDeleteOne of my favorite WODs. Thanks Michael and all of you who have served our country, or who are in service. My uncle was in the Marines during Vietnam and didn't come home the same. I may limp like a crazy woman but I'll do this WOD Rx for Michael, my Uncle Bill, and all who serve our country. Thanks for programming this one!

ReplyDeletea few coaches notes from last night:
Great efforts all around. Being out of your element by being inverted isn't easy! Sam B. nice job taking on those parallettes. Kim G. great fight on the jump rope at the end, same for you Shoeless. Congrats to Paul for being in his first real class (and doing all HSPUs!) and Sara and Jim for their second class. (Sara, great double unders for having only done two in the past!) Finally, Sandy, amazing job being upside down on that wall and doing partial hspu's. You are a great example of how people will progress if you practice everyday before class. Everyone else, take note!
